This tutorial will guide you through tracking your parcel(s), watching your parcel(s) and managing your exceptions online.
Manage your exceptions is only available to registered customers of DPD. To become a registered customer or to find out more please call 0845 9 505 505 or email sales.enquiries@dpd.co.uk.
How to track your parcels, watch your parcels and manage your exceptions
| Track your parcels |
To track a parcel, click on Tracking in the left navigation, within the E-Shipping tab, then click on 'Track your parcels'.
This section allows you to track and watch your parcels. You can also manage your exceptions.
- Parcel details
You can complete either a simple or advanced search. When all necessary information is entered use the 'next' button to go to the shipment details screen. - Shipment details
Enables you to view further details by consignment number and parcel number.

| Watch your parcels |
To watch up to 30 parcels, click on Login in the left navigation.
- Track it
Click on 'Track your parcels' in the left navigation and enter your parcel number. Use the 'next' button to go to the shipment details screen. - Watch it
On the shipment details screen, click on the 'Watch parcel' button. To view the progress of your parcel in real time, click on the parcel number.

| Manage your exceptions |
To manage your exceptions, click on Login in the left navigation.
- Your details
Please enter your name, telephone number and email address in the 'your details' section. - Manage your exceptions
There are 3 key sections for you to access; response required, outstanding requests and information only. - Response required
Displays the number of undelivered items that require further information from you. - Outstanding requests
This holds response from the 'response required' section for the depot to action. - Information only
No action required by you - provides you updates on what's happening with an undelivered item.
