Sample Consignments - UK
The DPD consignment note has been designed to make fast, efficient work of delivering all your parcels and documents. For each service level there are different types of consignment note:DPD 10:00, DPD 12:00, DPD NEXT DAY and DPD TWO DAY.
PLEASE NOTE: If you use ship@ease, you will not need to fill out a consignment note.
How to complete a consignment note for UK shipments
- Print your full name, address, postcode and phone number.
- The recipients full name, address, post/zip code and tel no/email
- Your unique reference and additional information may be entered here (whilst every effort will be made to ensure the additional delivery instructions are carried out, we can give no guarantee).
- Enter a full description of the enclosed goods.
- Enter the parcels dimensions in cm.
- Add weight.
- Enter the required service by ticking the appropriate box
- The consignment note must be signed and dated by the sender.
- Our driver must sign the consignment note on collection for our acceptance of the goods.
- If extended cover is required, fill the amount in the box.
After completing a consignment note ensure your parcel is packaged correctly, see packaging your parcel for hints and guidelines.
PLEASE NOTE: You can upgrade a next day consignment note to make a delivery for DPD 10:00, DPD 12:00 or Saturday. It is not possible to send a next day consignment on a Premium Note. These consignment notes cannot be used to send international mail or be used with Air Express service.
