Sample Consignments - International Mail

Guidelines for completing an International Mail consignment note:

1. Your account number is pre-printed.
2. Your full address and full delivery postcode is pre-printed.
3. Enter any further relevant information.
4. If a customer reference is available enter it in this box.
5. Our driver must sign the consignment note on collection for our acceptance of the goods.
6. Every consignment note must be signed and dated, by the sender.
7. The number of mail bags must be entered.
8. The destination and weight of the enclosed package(s) must be entered.
9. If the mail does not require priority service, tick this box.
