DPD's like-for-like exchange service, swap it, enables your customers to receive replacement components at the same time as exchanging a faulty item for repair. The service includes a choice of delivery options. As soon as the swap has taken place, the customer is automatically provided with a receipt, whilst you can track the full consignment history online.

swap it - the process
Using your shipping system you'll produce two labels and a receipt for the delivery of the replacement product. Place the replacement product into the swap it packaging together with a return label and receipt. Our driver will pick it up as arranged. Our driver will make the delivery and places the replaced product back in the swap it packaging. The driver will leave your customer a receipt, and will then deliver the product back to you or the repair centre.
swap it - track and trace
Track and trace is that much easier with a single unique reference for both the collection and the delivery. Multiple tracking options are available: by consignment number, by delivery postcode, by account number and by customer reference number.
swap it - relay
For those more complicated swaps we've developed swap it relay. We take an empty tote box to your customer. Your customer places the damaged or faulty item into the tote box and we deliver it to the repair centre. When the product has been repaired, we then deliver it back to your customer and the empty tote is then returned to us.
