Predict Collections will let you know when we are going to arrive to pick up your parcel from your business or home. We'll provide you with a convenient one hour time slot by text or email. We'll also send a text to confirm if you choose to rearrange your collection date.

Don't forget, if you have a mobile device, you'll also be able to rearrange your collections on the go with our mobile website at m.dpd.co.uk

What's more, all this is a complimentary service to our customers. DPD even takes care of the cost of sending the text message. So there is no charge to you at all.

Predict gives your customers one hour delivery time slots, meaning they don't have to wait in all day for their parcels, and now DPD's new Predict Collections service means that you will know when we are going to arrive, so you can plan your working day.
