In the event of a disruption to service due to the Olympic Games, we will provide updates to customers on the exact status of their consignments.
On a daily basis during the Games, any delays, at a postcode level, will be highlighted on our website homepage, while we will also send out individual notifications via SMS and email to affected customers.
In order for us to be able to update your customers during the Olympics, it is vital that we have their mobile phone number and/or email address so if there are any delays, we'll be able to send a message explaining what has happened, their options and when they will receive their parcel.
