In 2010, DPD launched the industry-first, award- winning Predict service. This innovation enables DPD to give your customers a convenient one hour delivery window, meaning they do not have to stay at home all day to take delivery of your goods.
You can choose to notify your customers of their delivery window by email or SMS, and customers can even opt to change their delivery date if required.

Swap it
This unique, one-for-one exchange service ensures that your customers receive replacement goods at the same time as making a return. This way, they need never be without their product, and you can track all movements using a single reference number.
Swap It Relay
With this service, your customer receives an empty tote box to send faulty items back to the repair centre. Once repaired, the product is then sent back to your customer safely and securely.
