| HUB | Parcel has arrived at the National Sortation Centre |
| HUB SCAN | The hub in Birmingham has received the consignment |
| SECURITY CHECK | Consignments have arrived at the local delivery depot |
| PROOF OF DELIVERY LOG (or POD) | Consignment has been delivered with time, date and signature |
| OUT FOR DELIVERY LOG | Consignment is on delivery vehicle |
| COLLECTION LOG | Collection has been made |
| SECURITY | Parcel has arrived at the delivery depot |
| EXCEPTION LOG | The consignment has incurred a delay in delivery. (This will be accompanied by an explanation). |
