No problem. Contact the shipper and they can change the delivery address. 

Why cant we do this for you directly? Well, our shippers like to know if the delivery address is changing and would rather we don't make these changes without their consent.

You can't change your timeslot but you can still get your parcel.

The driver will do everything they can to get your attention when you're at home, but sometimes you'll still miss each other. See where the driver left your 'sorry we missed you' card, and then select the redelivery or collect option you'd prefer.
