you are expecting a parcel from us or if you have received a delivery
calling card then you can choose from a number of redelivery options
currently offered by us. To view these options click here.
There's
just one thing you'll need to do before you use the additional
facilities and that's to login to our website. To do that, you'll need
to know your user name and password. To find out what they are simply
email us at sales.enquiries@dpd.co.uk stating your name, address and DPD account number. The information will then be sent to you via secure delivery.
Please note you will not be given the option to view signature or arrange a collection unless you have logged on to the site.
