Amazing Awards

We operate an instant-recognition scheme which sees our people, both employees and owner-driver franchisees, being awarded up to £20 worth of Love2shop vouchers for small but amazing achievements. Stars

Stars is how we recognise and reward our employees for their contribution to the success of the business. Employees are awarded stars for  individual effort, special achievements, bright ideas and outstanding contributions. They can then exchange their stars for vouchers of their choice or gifts.

Whatever It Takes

This is a special award for those employees who go above and beyond and do 'whatever it takes' for the benefit of the business or customer. This is awarded to individuals directly by the CEO.

Long Service

We also operate a Long Service scheme which currently rewards employees for service from 10 to 40 years.

Retirement

Employees who are retiring will also receive stars dependent on the number of years they have been with the business.

Recommend a Friend recruitment scheme

The Recommend a Friend recruitment scheme encourages and rewards employees for introducing individuals to the business who meet the requirements of a vacant position.
