Outstanding customer service is essential for our business success, and these roles in one of our call centres are crucial. You’ll be helping customers with questions about when their deliveries are due or where their parcels are in the system, and liaising with DPD depots whenever necessary. If there are any problems or issues you’ll investigate and resolve them. You don’t need experience for these roles, as long as you are energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
