“Hi, my name’s Roger and I joined the company three years ago. When I first started I had no previous experience, but here they have what’s called an ‘On Job Trainer’ who helped me get up to speed as I was working. What with all the on-going training and the special coaching on the technology we use, I was soon handling my own route with no problems. Right now, I have a very busy route in an inner city area so my days are always different, and sometimes demanding, but my customers are great and I enjoy my job. After all, I’m my own boss for most of the day.”
